Detailed introduction
1. The pressure supporting components of the pump are thickened and the pump
casing is made of ductile iron, which has strong pressure supporting capacity.
2. The flow components of the pump are optimized and designed using CFD flow field
analysis technology, resulting in high efficiency.
3. The static seal between the inlet, middle, and outlet sections of the pump adopts a
metal seal and an O-ring dual channel seal. The pump shaft seal adopts an imported
mechanical seal, which is safe and reliable.
4. The rotor adopts two balancing processes of static and dynamic, strictly controlling
the rotor's weight, ensuring stable pump operation and low vibration.
5. The bearing is directly installed on the pump shaft to reduce assembly errors. The
bearing adopts an enlarged design, with strong bearing capacity and long service life.
6. The shaft is forged with high-quality heat-resistant chromium molybdenum alloy
steel, which has undergone multiple heat treatments, non-destructive testing, and
precision processing. It has high precision, good rigidity, and good stability during high
operation.
7. The pump is designed for high-temperature condensate recovery, using corrosion-
resistant, high-temperature resistant, and cavitation resistant materials. A first stage
impeller is added, which has better corrosion and cavitation resistance. The maximum
operating temperature can reach 220degree celsius, and the maximum working pressure can reach 30KG/cm2
