    Being located at Lijiatuo Banan District, Chongqing, P. R. China, Chongqing Water Turbine Works Co., Ltd. is near south bank of Yangtze River, adjoining Lijiatuo Changjiang Bridge, connecting with Chuanqian Highway.
    Total assets of the company is 700,000,000 RMB, occupying area of 200,000 square meter, with 120,000 square meter of manufacturing area. At present, CWTW has more than 1500 staff, including 204 engineers and technicians, 25 staff with senior title of professional post, and 118 staff with medium-grade professional title. CWTW has built ISO9001 quality assurance system in accordance with Chinese Standard in 2000 and ISO9001 quality assurance system issued by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance(Shanghai) in 2009, through which CWTW has built quality assurance system from contract review to purchasing of raw material, outside cooperation, packing, manufacturing and the whole process of after-service.
    CWTW is the large key enterprise, specialized to manufacturing hydropower equipment, and also the first company to manufacture turbine in 1938 in China. From the first turbine manufactured in 1938 to now, CWTW has supplied more than 2,000 power stations with 5,000 and more sets various type of hydropower equipment at home and abroad, the equipments have not only sold to 32 provinces or cities at home, but also exported to 28 countries and regions, such as USA, Canada, Italy, Norway, Vietnam, Peru, Nepal, Burundi, etc.
    With high quality and high ability for manufacturing whole sets of equipments, CWTW is qualified to design, manufacture and install all types of hydropower equipments and its accessory equipment, which head is 31200m, runner diameter is 50700cm, capacity is 200200000KW. In which, high head Pelton type unit, high head Francis type unit and low head tubular type unit are in the leading position in the same profession area. Meanwhile, CWTW could also supply spare parts, provide technical consultant, reconstruction, installation supervision, installation contract and training, etc.
