UHB-ZK Corrosion resistant mortar pumps are specifically designed to convey the corrosive fluids and slurry with fine particle or other medium which is easily crystallized. Pump material: steel liner with ultra-high molecular weight poly (PVC mould manufacture process, excellent corrosion resistance and excellent wear resistance, the structure: cantilever, open front, semi-open impeller (excellent cover plate), to enhance the flow passage. The particles and impurities in the medium will soon pass through the pump chamber without blockage. The shaft seal is k-type fluorine rubber sealing ring with cooling water jacket, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. 
Pumped medium:
Acid and alkali clear liquid and slurry etc.
Medium temperature: -20 to 90 degree Celsius.
